At Clark's Tool & Equipment, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or accessories aren't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items, including all tags and original packaging, into a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
